Henna Riaz(Managing Partner – 360 Audit):Henna is an award winning corporate and entertainment lawyer who has spent 15 years working in the music and entertainment industries, starting her career at Addleshaw Goddard before moving to Los Angeles to work for Universal Records where she also took the California Bar Exam. On her return to the UK Henna undertook a role as a senior associate at DLA Piper before leaving in 2010 to set up her first entrepreneurial endeavour 360 Audit. 360 Audit carries our royalty audits for major global brands across the globe including Nickelodeon, BBCW, Turner Enterprises, Saban Brands, ITV, Jamie Oliver, Gary Barlow and WWE. In 2014 Henna set up her second business HRR Entertainment which saw her manage Grammy award winning songwriter Eliot Kennedy who recently co-wrote the music for hit Broadway musical Finding Neverland, with Gary Barlow, along with other high-profile artists. Henna also raised venture capital for a number of creative tech projects including music APP MYXA which was the brainchild of Eliot and Gary. HRR has since moved more into raising capital for primarily scale up business in the entertainment and tech sectors, including the recent fundraise for new music APP Audalize which is set to launch in 2018. Henna has recently set up her third business Safe Phone Ltd which is focussed on cyber security. The company has developed a secure end to end encrypted APP downloadable on to any device which guarantees privacy and anonymity across all mobile communications for each user of the APP. This revolutionary technology is currently being used by VIP’s, government personnel and HNW’s. Henna has also recently started up a coaching proactive alongside Sarah Goulbourne, founder of Gunner Cooke, where she executive coaches CEO’s and partners. Henna is a non-executive director of the MCDA sitting on a board alongside Sir Richard Lees and Sue Woodward OBE.

• Deputy Senior District Judge (Chief Magistrate) Tanweer Ikram:  Tanweer Ikram was born and schooled in Slough. After graduating in law from Wolverhampton Polytechnic, he was Called to the Bar (I) in 1990 and admitted as a solicitor in 1993. He was a partner in a regional firm and specialized in criminal defence and prosecution. In 2007, he was elected President of the London Criminal Courts’ Solicitors Association and is, now, a Bencher of Inner Temple. Tanweer was appointed a District Judge (MC) in 2009. In 2013, he was appointed the Deputy Lead Diversity and Community Relations Judge and is ’ticketed’ as a specialist judge in extradition and is also an Associate Judge of HM Court of SBA, Cyprus. He is a contributing editor of Archbold Magistrates’ Courts Criminal Practice 2018 (Sweet & Maxwell). He is Visiting Professor at the University of West London and the Pakistan College of Law in Lahore and is the holder of two honorary doctorates in law (LLD).

Mohammed Khamisa QC (Partner at Mishcon de Reya LLP):  Mohammed Khamisa is a senior QC specializing in the field of commercial fraud particularly within the banking and financial services sectors and is a partner at the Mishcon de Reya LLP. He joined the firm in 2015 and sits within the Banking and Finance Group. Mohammed was called to the Bar in 1985 and was made Queen’s Counsel in 2006. He sits as a part-time judge and is a bencher of Middle Temple Inn. During more than 30 years of continuous practice he has advised clients from the UK, United Arab Emirates, India, Pakistan and other regions on a wide range of both criminal and civil matters.
