The British Pakistan Foundation recently completed a series of workshops in partnership with the QED Foundation in Bradford. The workshops were attended by 30 women at each session in which they learnt about various aspects of civic life in the UK as well as their rights and the importance of democracy. We want to thank our workshop lead, Yasmin Valli from Leeds Beckett University, who delivered these workshops in such an engaging manner and our partners in Bradford, the QED Foundation.
