The British Pakistan Foundation in partnership with the Pakistani Foundation, WCOP, Pakistan High Commission and Spice Village present Afreen (ek shaam Pakistan ke naam) – an evening of mesmerising Qawwali and a Charity Gala Dinner in aid of the Edhi Foundation and the Pakistan Society for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled on the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the Independence of Pakistan. The Qawwali evening will feature the traditional and hypnotic “sufi” music sung by master Qawwals and accompanied by delectable Pakistani cuisine in a traditional entertainment.
